Thabs Agricultural and Trading Primary Co-operative is a 100% black owned entity with a level 1 BBBEE. The ultimate all in one cleaning services company for your business premises. The Co-operative is made up of members from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.

As a Co-operative we strive at becoming a service provider of choice within the cleaning and services sector to the industrial and commercial sector by way of providing professional and ethical stewardship of the business.

We generally employ our people from areas closer to where our client is operating. This has a lot of positive returns in terms of creating employment opportunities within communities where our client is operating and it addresses the issue of diversity and empowerment. This also becomes cost effective for our staff in terms of traveling to and back to work and also maintaining family unity.

Our people are generally supplied with correct Personal Protective Equipment as well as the proper uniform depending on the clients requirements.

Compliance

Our Co-operative is compliant with the Cleaning Industry Bargaining Council and it statutory requirements and we hold a valid certificate for compliance.

Our Co-operative is in compliance with the requirements as set out in section 256(3) of the Tax Administration Act and holds a valid Tax Clearance Certificate and is up to date with its UIF and Tax Returns.

Our Co-operative is in compliance with the requirements of the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Disease Act 130 of 7993, as amended (COIDA), and is in good standing with the Compensation Fund. Salaries to our staff are as per the Bargaining council salary structure.
