Project Overview

Security Management Unit is located within a precinct that accommodates Engineering, Metro Police, Disaster Management and Electricity. There is a shortage of recreational spaces and break away spaces for all staff within this precinct. SMU Identified a covered courtyard which had previously been under utilized by staff. This new facility will be used as staff area and an area where management can host large meetings with SMU staff.

The scope of work under this contract comprises of the following: Remove existing asbestos roof and replace with new roof sheets Fully enclose existing staff area New concrete roof between staff kitchen and staff lounge New Entrance Ramps for disabled access New Carpentry for existing staff kitchen
